What areas do you service for laundry collection and delivery?

We’re based in Peregian Springs and service Peregian Springs, Peregian Beach, Peregian Breeze and Coolum Beach. We also offer the option to drop your washing off to us, so if you’re outside of this delivery area, you are still welcome to use our services.

What days do you open?

We are currently available for pick ups between 7am and 9am on Monday, Wednesday & Friday - we then return your laundry 24 hours later.

If you are a business customer and these days/times don’t work for you, please get in touch and we will make a plan that works for you.

How much does your Sunshine Coast laundry service cost?

For clients using our free pick-up/delivery service, our minimum service fee is $65.
We also offer customised quotes for commercial laundry clients like hotels, Airbnbs, salons, and childcare centres.

What detergents do you use in your laundry service?

We use high-quality detergents that are effective on stains yet gentle on fabrics. We also have a sensitive-skin option available - just select which option you’d prefer when you book your laundry collection. If there is another product that you wish for us to use on your laundry though, we are happy if you would like to supply it - just write that on your booking form in the message section and have it ready with your laundry for us to pick up.

Do you use fabric softener when washing clothes?

When you fill in your booking form, you will be asked if you would like for us to use fabric softener, just select your preferences to let us know how you would like your washing done.

Can you use my own laundry detergent or washing products?

Absolutely. If you have a preferred laundry detergent, fabric softener, or stain remover, you can supply it and we’ll happily use it for your wash.

How can I book a regular laundry collection service?

Booking is easy — just use our online booking form or contact us directly to set up a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly laundry service.
We can arrange a regular collection and delivery schedule that suits your household or business.

Where should I leave my laundry for pick-up?

We recommend leaving it in a secure, weatherproof spot such as your front porch, in a laundry bag, or with your hotel concierge. If you won’t be home when we pick up your laundry - please let us know on the booking form where we will find it!

I run a business and need different laundry pick-up times, can you help?

Yes! We provide flexible laundry collection for commercial clients, including Airbnbs, hotels, hair salons, aged care homes, and childcare centres. Contact us and we will work out a plan that suits.

Can I book your laundry service if I don’t live in Coolum or Peregian?

Yes. If you’re on the Sunshine Coast but not in Peregian or Coolum Beach, we do offer a ‘drop-off’ option so that you can drop your laundry into us at Peregian Springs.

How can I pay for my laundry service?

We will email you an invoice when we have done your washing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due prior to delivery, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.

What’s your laundry turnaround time?

Most laundry orders are ready within 24 hours from collection to delivery. For large or commercial loads, we’ll confirm timeframes when you book.

What happens if my clothes are damaged or lost?

We take every care with your laundry, but normal wear and tear (like fading, shrinking, or a loose button) can happen. For more details, see our Terms of Service. If we’re at fault, we’ll work with you to make things right.

Can you remove stains from clothes and linen?

While we can’t guarantee every stain will be removed, we’ll always do our best.

Do I need to sort my laundry before collection?

No, sorting is part of our service. If you’d like certain items washed separately, just let us know. You can select your preferences on our booking form - please note that you will be charged per load (up to 5kg load) if items are separated. You can find pricing here.

Please do check your pockets though, and make sure that any items are removed!

I’m on holiday, can I use this service?

Absolutely! We can pick up from your hotel reception or your holiday home. We provide a fast, convenient service, so that you can put your feet up by the pool, or enjoy exploring everything that the Coast has to offer.

Do you offer same-day laundry service on the Sunshine Coast?

Sometimes, depending on our schedule. Contact us early in the day and we’ll let you know if same-day collection and delivery is possible.
