Terms of Service

We’re here to make laundry day a whole lot easier for you!
By using our service, you’re agreeing to the terms below so we can keep everything running smoothly and fairly for both of us.

1. Collection & Delivery

  • We’ll always do our best to collect and deliver your laundry at the times we’ve agreed.

  • If something out of our control happens (traffic, weather, or the odd kangaroo on the road 🦘), we might be a little late, but we’ll keep you updated.

  • If no one is home for collection or delivery, we may need to arrange another time and a small redelivery fee might apply.

2. Payment

  • We will email your invoice when your laundry has been completed.

  • Payment is due on (or prior to) delivery unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We accept cash or bank transfer.

  • Late payments may incur a small fee to cover admin costs.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Please check all pockets before handing over your laundry - we can’t be responsible for damage caused by forgotten items like pens, tissues, coins, or keys.

  • Let us know if anything needs special care or can’t be washed in a standard 30°C wash.

  • If we’re not told otherwise, we’ll wash all items at 30°C and dry them as requested in your booking.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

  • We treat your laundry as if it were our own, but sometimes natural wear and tear happens during washing and drying - things like fading, shrinking, stretching, fraying, or the odd lost button.

  • We’re not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, weak fabric, loose threads, or manufacturing faults.

  • If we make a genuine mistake and lose or damage an item, we’ll work with you to put it right. Our compensation is limited to the item’s current value (up to $200 per item, or up to the value of your laundry service).

5. Liability

  • We can’t cover indirect or knock-on losses from using our services.

  • The most we can be liable for is the cost you paid for the specific laundry service.

6. Uncollected Laundry

  • We do not have space to store uncollected laundry, if you drop off your laundry to us and it isn’t collected within 7 days, we may need to donate it to charity to free up space.

  • We operate a 24 hour turnaround, and so laundry needs to be collected as arranged, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

7. Updates to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

By using our laundry service, you’re agreeing to these terms - so we can keep your clothes clean, fresh, and ready for whatever life throws at you.
